Built by necessity. Designed for the global orthopedic community.
My name is Ahmad K. Al-abrash, a final-year medical student at the University of Aleppo Faculty of Medicine in Syria. MyoSkel AI was born from a singular, driving frustration: the outdated, rigid tools we are forced to use for orthopedic board preparation.
We are surrounded by static reference sites, expensive question banks, and generic AI models that confidently hallucinate complex surgical approaches. They don't teach; they merely test. They don't adapt; they only repeat. And they certainly weren't built by someone sitting in the clinical trenches.
MyoSkel AI is not a tech product—it is a clinical mission. While we are starting with board preparation, this educational phase is merely the first step. Our ultimate vision extends far beyond the exams and directly into the operating room. This platform is the cornerstone of what will become the most comprehensive, fully integrated clinical and educational ecosystem for orthopedic surgery. There is much more to come.
From the dedicated intern to the exhausted resident, the board-prep fellow to the practicing specialist: this was built for you. You are putting in the hours. You deserve a study tool that works exactly as hard as you do.
About Me
My clinical focus is firmly rooted in orthopedic surgery, but my curiosity extends far beyond the traditional boundaries of medicine. I am deeply passionate about the intersection of healthcare and technology, specifically how artificial intelligence can be leveraged to build clinical and educational tools that are highly accurate, reliable, and tailored to the demands of modern medicine.
To bridge the gap between these two worlds, I completed the "AI in Healthcare" Specialization online through Stanford University. Additionally, I hold a certification in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) from the NIDA Clinical Trials Network, ensuring that my approach to clinical research and digital health maintains the highest ethical and scientific standards.
I am a lifelong learner with a globally focused mindset. I am fluent in English, currently learning Spanish, and I possess a profound fascination with astronomy and the physics of black holes. When I am not in the wards or working on tech platforms, I am an avid reader and a passionate sports fan, particularly when it comes to soccer.
